Play ball! These ballplayers can really dance!

Get your peanuts and Cracker Jack ready, because the 2016 Major League baseball season is starting this Sunday. We love watching America’s favorite pastime, but we love dance even more! That’s why we get excited when an athlete shows off some great dance moves. These baseball players are great at working on their swing — both on the field and on the dance floor!

Andrew McCutchen

Center fielder for the Pittsburgh Pirates, this Major League ball player really knows how to bust a move. Word on the street is he can frequently be seen showing off a few of his awesome dance moves in the dugout during games. Check him out!

Brian Wilson

The now-retired San Francisco Giants relief pitcher showed off his moves dancing like MC Hammer in this funny video. This guy has dance skills for sure, but he also knows how to make us laugh in those hilarious pleather pants!

USF vs UCONN

These college players may not have gone pro yet, but they sure are pros at dancing — the chicken dance that is! Check out this great dance-off between the USF and UCONN baseball teams. It may be funny, but they also show off some killer moves!

Vanderbilt Baseball

What happens in the locker room stays in the locker room — or not! This video of a locker room dance-off between some teammates on the Vanderbilt baseball team got uploaded to YouTube, and we’re so happy it did so we can enjoy their awesome dance moves!

Dustin Pedroia and Jonathan Papelbon

What’s a little competition between teammates? The two Boston Red Sox players performed at a Mike Lowell charity event, Dancing With The All-Stars, during spring training in 2008. Other participants included Alex Cora and Mike Lowell, himself, proving dancing ability runs through the whole team!
